FACILITY RENTAL |
Our state of the art batting cages and pitching and hitting cages are available to the public for rental at 30 or 60 minute
intervals. Our pitching machine can be rented in 15, 30, or 60 minute time blocks for players to take advantage of our
premier batting cage. Teams may also take advantage of our entire facility at one or two hour intervals. Space and time is
limited, so call soon to lock in your time slot.

ARM CARE / VELOCITY PROGRAM |
The Academy offers a top notch Arm Care program that increases velocity by 4 to 8 mph in 12 weeks..

- Ladder & Hurdle drills to increase foot speed and agility.
- An intensive push-up, medicine ball and baseball related strength program.
- A pitching specific band / tube workout
- A weighted baseball throwing program
